What do they see?

How do they feel about that?

Is that really what they want?

What are they looking for?

What would be a positive experience for them?

How did they come to that conclusion?

If you can truly, accurately answer these questions, you’re a very gifted person.

You would become a much better leader.

Your level of customer service and product marketing would be much more effective.

You could really take things to the next level.

And if you can’t see it from their perspective, you could always ask.
