I talk a lot about the importance of positive thoughts and speech, but in times like this I understand that this isn’t always possible.

So, what do we do when we feel down or anxious?

I know that this can be difficult (especially for middle-aged men like me).

I know that we can’t just go to the local cafe for a coffee at the moment.

I know that there can be a stigma attached to being vulnerable.

But I also know that there are significant consequences for suffering in silence.

Now more than ever, we need to reach out when in need and look after each other.
