There’s a door to your mind.

It can allow positive or negative thoughts in.

It can open wide for new ideas or slam shut on them.

It can welcome laughter or complaints.

It can make way for encouragement or criticism.

It can give access to the light, or allow the darkness to linger.

It can control who gets in, or allow unfettered access.

It can be utilised by great thinkers and writers who will help you to rise, or be controlled by simple fools who will hold you down.

There’s a door to your mind.

My question today is, who’s guarding it?
