We’re not born with the ability to lead and influence.

Or the capacity to build strong relationships with a diverse range of people.

Or the resilience required to bounce back from disappointments.

Or enthusiasm and passion.

Or great problem solving skills.

Of course, we sometimes think that others were born with these skills, and as such, it’s easy to come up with excuses as to why we don’t.

But we can learn them.

We should learn them.

And we will all benefit if we do.
