If someone is rude to you, then…
If you have a stressful day at work, then…
If your partner isn’t feeling valued or loved, then…
If you are spending too much money on trivial things, then…
If you don’t feel like doing the right thing, then…
If your career is in a rut, then…
Too often, we focus upon the “if”, when it’s the “then” that makes the difference.

Hi Darren, I also like to replace “have” with “get”.
For example: “I have to go to work today” to “I get to go to work today”. It shifts us form ungratefulness to gratefulness.
Thanks for reminding us to shift our thinking.
