There’s a week to go before Christmas.

From now on, the shopping centres will be packed with people looking for those last minute gifts for their loved ones.

Car parks will be packed.

Queues will be long.

Stress levels will rise.

And I suspect that not many of them will be feeling too festive.

Unless of course, like my wise wife, you have already completed your shopping.

Then you can sit back, watch “Elf” for the 15th time with the kids and enjoy the season.

Whether it’s Christmas shopping, a report for work or an assignment for university, if you wait until the last minute, you make it much harder for yourself.

Looking to reduce the stress levels in your life?

Get in early and avoid the rush.
