One loss doesn’t make you a loser.
One mistake doesn’t mean that you’re a mistake.
One failure doesn’t define you as a failure.
Sometimes we need a reminder of this.
We can become too harsh on ourselves.
We can become too self-conscious about what others think.
We can focus too much on the threat of failure, rather than the threat of doing nothing.
And in doing so, we become risk averse and struggle to progress as we should.
So lose and keep smiling.
Make mistakes and keep learning.
Fail more and progress more.

Snapshot Coaching
As a Life Coach, I like this post because it’s true people see a loss, mistake and accident as a failure. It’s really not! It’s an opportunity to grow. Imagine if you never made a mistake, a loss or failed at anything in life… Would life not be boring? You’d have no challenges, not learning curves, no lessons. But also having the feeling we get in the pits of our tummies when we do make a mistake or fail at something reminds us that we are only human. It also makes you appreciate the feeling more when you do achieve something. So please don’t be hard on yourself. It is all about learning opportunities.
