Do you give yourself a morning pep talk?

Do you tell yourself that today is going to be awesome?

Do you remind yourself that you can make a positive difference?

Are you conscious of your attitude and body language?

Do you remember all of the elements of life and work that you are grateful for?

I hope that in some way you do find strategies to motivate yourself every day, because if you don’t, you run the risk of becoming less resourceful.

You can fall into the trap of thinking that today is just another humdrum day.

You can go through the motions.

You can start complaining and looking for excuses.

So give yourself a pep talk if you need to.

Rev yourself up.

And go out and get ’em.
