Celebrating is fun.

To reflect on a positive outcome is good for the soul.

But what if there’s nothing to celebrate?

What if you’re on a losing streak and can’t break out of the rut?

Look around.

Talk to the people around you.

You don’t have to be celebrating your own achievements.

Perhaps you can help someone else to celebrate theirs.

You don’t have to solely find opportunities to beat your own drum.

Perhaps it’s time to point out the greatness in others.

If you look closely and listen carefully, you find something to high five.

It will make them feel better about their achievements and, if you have a generous spirit, will make you feel good about life as well.

(Yes, there’s a possibility that no-one you know has something worth celebrating, but if that’s the case, perhaps you need to hang out with a new group of people.)
