I don’t feel like doing any work today.
I don’t feel like doing my best.
I don’t feel like writing.
I don’t feel like reading or learning.
I don’t feel like smiling.
I don’t feel like encouraging others.
I don’t feel like praying.
I don’t feel like looking after myself (or others).
And then I remember that I don’t have to be a captive to my feelings.
No matter how we feel, we always have a choice to do the right thing anyway.
