Today, I want to encourage you to have the right amount of dissatisfaction.

Nothing too dramatic so that you are constantly depressed or surly with the world.

Not dissatisfaction with everyone else, whilst you sit back smugly and think that you’ve got it all together.

And not so comfortable with everything that you don’t want to change or make things better.

Just the right amount of dissatisfaction so that you are compelled to keep learning and striving.

Just the right amount of dissatisfaction so that you are always looking for opportunities to make a difference.

Just the right amount of dissatisfaction so that you do the work required to be able to look back over time with a feeling of pride and (dare I say it) satisfaction with your endeavours and achievements.

Just the right amount of dissatisfaction required to change the world.
