You can’t edit a blank page.
You have to get your ideas out of your head and put them down on paper.
You’ve got to start scribbling away or frantically typing.
It doesn’t matter that it’s not perfect the first time.
It doesn’t matter if you have to delete most of it (or even all of it) and start again.
It matters that you’ve started.
It matters that you’re building momentum.
It matters that you’ve got something to work with.
Of course, this doesn’t just apply to writing.
Whatever you want to do with your life, just get started.
Give yourself a chance to get better.
