You can be an average nurse, or you can be an outstanding nurse.

You can be an average construction worker, or you can be an excellent construction worker.

You can be an average leader, or you can be a world-class leader.

You can be an average parent, or you can be an extraordinary parent.

We have enough average in the world and it’s getting us nowhere.

We need more of the brilliant, the phenomenal, the excellent.

Today and every day, you get to add your own adjective to describe the impact of your work, just make sure that it isn’t average.
