Today-my-question-isntI’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, each of us has a unique combination of skills and abilities.

But what are they for?

Are they toys used to entertain ourselves and others?

Are they novelties designed to make us look clever?

Are they trinkets to be used solely to bring us fame and fortune?

Or are they tools to help us change the world and make it a better place?

You know the answer.

And as tools, they are meant to be honed and developed to maximise their impact.

As tools they are meant to be used for what they were designed.

So today my question isn’t, “What are your abilities?”

It’s, “What are you doing with them?”

Because they’re tools, not toys.
