Eagles-dont-hunt-fliesI stumbled upon a wonderful Jewish proverb this week that simply says, “Eagles don’t hunt flies.”

It’s true isn’t it?

They hunt for prey that will satisfy them.

They hunt prey that they are equipped to catch.

They seek and find bigger things.

What about you?

Are you hunting flies, or something more substantial?

Are you obsessed with the trivial, or the magnificent?

Are you doing the basics, or are you maximising the unique skills that you have?

Are you playing it safe with small goals (or none at all), or are you challenging yourself to achieve something great with your life?

Let me assure you today that you are capable of great things.

So don’t hunt flies.
