Most of us seem to have the same (or similar) conversations going on inside our heads throughout the day:

I should get up earlier.

I should call that person.

I should consider taking that risk.

I should send that email.

I shouldn’t let my circumstances get me down.

I should spend more time with my family.

I should be more focused.

I should be nicer.

I should move around and exercise more.

I should have that difficult conversation.

The key difference between the successful and the rest of us isn’t necessarily the thoughts that we are having.

It’s the action that we take regarding them.
