Great goals give you focus, motivation and a challenge.

They give you a reason to get up in the morning, roll up you sleeves and get to work.

They keep you going when times get tough and it’s difficult to maintain progress.

Make them bold.

Make them compelling.

Make them specific and measurable.

Make them so ambitious that you know you can’t achieve them without further developing yourself.

Write them down and keep them in a prominent place.

And if you achieve them or lose momentum with the goals that you have, make better ones.
