Sometimes, it’s tempting to think that we can get away with:

  • treating your loved ones poorly and still have successful, flourishing relationships.
  • eating rubbish and not exercising without any long-term health consequences.
  • consistently spending more than you earn without having to pay it back.
  • not reading or learning without any impact on the relevance of your skills.
  • putting in a minimal effort at work, yet still have a flourishing career.

This may be you.

I know that there have been times in my life when it was me.

If you think that you can get away with these behaviours, you’re wrong.

There are consequences for actions.

You may get away with it for a while, but sooner or later, you will pay the price.

Why not save yourself a lot of pain and make the changes to your life that you need to make now.
