Think about what you want from life.

It could be a goal in relation to your career, finances, faith, relationships, health or any other aspect of life.

Now name it.

Place it in the present tense as if you are already there.

Be specific and as detailed as possible.

Speak it out loud.

Write it down.

Imagine yourself there.

Repeat the process a few times and allow your confidence to rise.

Now, go get it!

Some people think that the naming is enough and that their goals will magically appear just because they’ve put their dreams out into the universe.

And some people forget to name it.  They are never able to clearly articulate their ambitions so they wander through life with little or no direction.

You’ve named it and now it’s time to claim it.

Start with baby steps, one foot in front of the other.

Do the work.

Make mistakes and learn from them.

Ignore the critics.

Move over, around and through all obstacles in your way.

Never give up, never drop your head and never stop moving.

And all the time, keep your goal in front of you.

Name it, claim it and then go and change the world!
