Encourage them.

Inspire them.

Serve them.

Teach them.

Connect with them.

Empower them.

Motivate them.

Look out for them.

Lead them.

Help them.

Endorse and promote them.

Equip them.

Value them.

Enable them.

Show them.

Coach them.

Support them.

Bless them.

Make it all about them.

Not with a hidden agenda.

Not in the hope that one day others will make it all about you.

And I’m not talking about having a martyr syndrome where you just let others walk all over you.

I’m talking about choosing to do what you know to be right.

I’m talking about how to make the world a better place.

Make it all about them.
