People who can come up with creative and innovative solutions to complex problems.

People who can encourage and inspire those around them.

People who are able to keep their chin up during challenging times.

People who have a contagious enthusiasm that infects others.

People who can spread great ideas and get others thinking.

People who know that they don’t have all of the answers, but know how to ask resourceful questions.

People who are willing to listen to the concerns and challenges of those in pain without interrupting or judging.

People who are willing to study, read, observe and keep and open mind because they know that they still have much to learn.

People who love it when others succeed and cheer them on loudly.

People who have experienced God’s love and are willing to extend it to others unconditionally.

People who want to take action and make the world a better place.

Cynics need not apply.
