I believe that leaders aren’t born, they’re made.
Winston Churchill wasn’t born a leader, he became one.
Nelson Mandela, Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln and Rosa Parks weren’t born leaders, but they each saw an opportunity to positively influence others and they did so.
What about you?
Do you think of yourself as a leader?
If you’re a parent, you’re a leader!
If you can see a need, you’re a leader!
If you have the capacity to read and learn and share, you’re a leader!
If you’re a blogger, you’re a leader!
If you can make a positive difference in the world around you (and I believe you can), you’re a leader!
If you can smile when everyone else is frowning, you’re a leader!
If you’re a christian, you’re a leader!
If you can influence anyone (and I mean anyone), you’re a leader!
If you believe that leaders are made, not born and take responsibility for doing your part, you’re just what we need.
You’re a leader, be a leader!

Good point Akib, we certainly need more great leaders from all religious backgrounds.
