In years gone by, when a new trend started up, it would last for months, perhaps even a few years.
Whether it was a new haircut, fashion style, hobby or style of music, someone would start it up and the rest of us would get the chance to catch up.
Times have changed!
Trends these days can last a matter of hours on Twitter.
And then they’re gone. Perhaps never to be seen again.
It’s dynamic, it’s fluid and it’s unpredictable.
You have a couple of choices as to how you can respond to this new reality.
You can pine for the good old days, complain about how life is too fast paced and risk becoming less and less relevant.
Or you can respond resourcefully to what is happening around you, adapt to the changes and find a way to make your mark.
Your choice.

It’s still possible remain relevant without Twitter or Facebook. What’s more important is the mindset towards the dramatic shifts that we see in the world around us.
