If you’re ever out in the woods and you come across a grizzly bear, you should never try to run away or climb a tree.
Stand your ground.
Even if it charges you.
Stand your ground.
If you try to run, it will chase and catch you and then you’re really in trouble.
What has this got to do with fear?
We all have something that we’re afraid of.
I’m not talking about spiders or heights.
I’m talking about things like the fear of failure or rejection.
I’m talking about the insecurities that we all live with.
I’m talking about having our lives ruled by the opinions of others.
I’m talking about the aspects of life that we continue to run away from because of our irrational fear.
But here’s the thing.
When you run from your fears, they chase after you.
They hunt you down and they taunt you.
They keep you up at night and refuse to leave you alone.
But if you stand up to your fears and stare them down, they will lose their power over you.
They will back down and walk away to find someone else to torment.
Leaving you to wonder why you were so afraid of them in the first place.

Wow! You have a great way of explaining this powerful topic. What most people need to understand is the only way to conquer your fear is to conquer your fear.
